The Los Angeles Police Protective League & Los Angeles Police Emerald Society Pipe and Drum Band announce the return of the Ian Campbell Memorial Trophy at the Scottish Highland Games.
Award will be presented to the Best Aggregate Bag Piper in Grade 4 Solo Competition.
