Location: Sheraton Baltimore Washington Airport. Properly investigating sudden, in-custody deaths is important to not only the outcome of the tragedy, but also to the agency, family, officers, community, stakeholders, etc. This "foundational" program is one in a series of IPICD investigative programs that will lead to the designation of "IPICD-Designated Forensic Investigator" in one or more specialities: excited delirium; jail suicide; electronic control devices; special (high-risk) populations.
