Reward Offered

LOS ANGELES (CNS) - A $25,000 reward was offered today for information leading to the arrest and conviction of those responsible for the fatal shooting of two men in the Van Nuys area.

Kevin Deville and Saul Garcia, both 21, were gunned down for unknown reasons while standing in front of 7059 Hazeltine Ave. last Dec. 7. Deville was pronounced dead at the scene, and Garcia died at a hospital. The office of Los Angeles City Councilwoman Wendy Greuel offered the $25,000 reward.

``Violent crimes not only affect the immediate victims, but they terrorize our entire community,'' Greuel said. ``We must engage all of our resources to catch these criminals. Two innocent lives were taken, and those responsible must face the strongest possible consequences.''
