LAPRA'S ANTHEM BLUE CROSS MEDICAL PLANS (PPO AND HMO) ARE NOT IMPACTED BY THIS!
The lawsuit filed by Consumer Watchdog pertains only to Anthem's medical plans offered through the Covered California Insurance Exchange. Anthem has changed the products it offers through the Exchange to narrow network plans, known as Exclusive Provider Plans, or EPOs. The change does not apply to employer plans, only to those individuals who buy private health plans through the Exchange.
If you are enrolled in LAPRA's Anthem Blue Cross PPO or HMO medical plans, your coverage is not affected.
